Founded in 2002, AeroTech Mapping, Inc. is a leading geospatial solutions provider specializing in aerial mapping and photogrammetry. With an impressive track record of over 13,000 completed projects, we’re supported by a seasoned team of geospatial professionals you can rely on to meet your mapping project requirements. Our staff includes ASPRS-certified photogrammetrists, CAD and GIS specialists, FAA-certified pilots, FAA Remote Pilots, and Registered Land Surveyors (NM, NV, AZ).

We specialize in large-scale, design-level photogrammetry tailored to the A/E/C industry. Our expertise spans transportation, energy (solar/wind), land development, hydrology, mining, forestry, homeland security, public works, airport infrastructure, coastal studies, and water/wastewater within the private, SLED, and federal markets.

At AeroTech Mapping, each mapping project is overseen directly by ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrists. We’re dedicated to staying ahead of the curve by investing in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to meet our clients’ mapping needs with precision and efficiency. Our ownership of aircraft affords us the flexibility to adhere to schedules and eliminate dependence on external subconsultants. Moreover, our expertise includes navigating air space, coordinating with air traffic control, and ensuring timely project delivery. Teresa Torres
Teresa TorresCFO, Principal & Founding Partner
Teresa Torres is AeroTech’s CFO, Principal, and founder of the company. Teresa started in the photogrammetric profession over 32 years ago and currently handles the finances for the company. An avid golfer, Teresa is also active in several charitable organizations.
Leo Torres, MBA
Leo Torres, MBAVP, Principal & Founding Partner
Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, Leo Torres is a founding partner and Principal of AeroTech Mapping. Active in the Geospatial industry for over 31 years, Leo is a hands-on leader fully committed to both his clients, employees, and the work done here at ATM. When not in the office, or at home, you’ll most likely find Leo on the golf course, or cycling through the canyons west of Las Vegas.
Mike Grossman
Mike GrossmanDirector of Flight Operations - Chief Pilot
Mike Grossman, an FAA certified commercial pilot brings 25 years and over 13,000 Pilot-in-Command hours of experience to our flight operations. In addition, Mike is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor and holds multi-engine and instrument ratings. Mike also has experience in managing mapping projects from start to completion as well as flight planning for digital imaging and LiDAR data collection. When not flying for ATM, Mike enjoys running and cycling with his wife, cooking, and throwing big house parties.
Eric Phan, CP, PLS
Eric Phan, CP, PLSGeneral Manager, Las Vegas
Eric Phan is a multi-talented Photogrammetrist, Surveyor, and ATM’s Las Vegas office General Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the photogrammetric industry, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to the ATM team. Besides having degrees in Engineering and Surveying Eric is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist (CP); licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico; and ATM’s UAV expert.
Joey Desjardins

With seven years of professional experience in the geospatial industry (as well as
growing up in it), Joey has honed a reputation as a trusted advisor to diverse private,
state, local, education, and federal agencies/bureaus. His leadership role has encompassed driving sales teams and overseeing procurement processes for clients of varying scales, including government entities. He is deeply committed to ensuring the utmost client satisfaction, which he achieves through a seamless project lifecycle – from project scoping to the impeccable delivery of results. Joey’s approach revolves around
fostering a high-quality client experience, underscored by efficient workflows, lasting
relationships, and a resolute dedication to excellence.
Tim Burrows, CP

Tim Burrows is a multi-talented Geospatial technician with over 17 years of dedication to photogrammetry. Tim not only takes care of business development responsibilities but he is also is involved in proposal preparation, budgeting, project management, and project scheduling for ATM. Tim became a Certified Photogrammetrist (CP) in 2016 and was the third ATM staff member to become certified.
Mike Dauer

Mike Dauer joined AeroTech Mapping in 2012 and has 38 years of experience in the aerial imaging and photogrammetric mapping industry. Since 1983, Mike has held positions of Chief Pilot, Flight Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager for both the government and private sectors. Mike excels in Business Development in California for AeroTech Mapping and is an avid music fan.
Sonia Hernandez
Sonia HernandezProject Coordinator & NV Office Manager
Sonia joined the AeroTech Mapping team in 2015 and has 20+ years of management experience within the retail, construction, and legal industries. As a Project Manager for the Las Vegas office, she handles all aspects of projects and coordinates background logistics. Sonia was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is of Peruvian descent, the oldest of 3 siblings, and her only daughter/best friend is completing Nursing school. She enjoys photography, cheers on the Denver Broncos and Vegas Golden Knights fan, and loves music festivals & beer festivals!
Alicia Mendoza, PMP

As the Business Development Manager at AeroTech Mapping, Alicia is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and sustaining our geospatial business development team. With a 23-year career characterized by sales and project management achievements, she brings strong leadership, practical communication skills, and organizational prowess. Holding both a real estate license in Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree, along with being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Alicia embodies the values of continuous improvement, the importance of delivering projects within schedule and budget, and the understanding of project risks and opportunities that are crucial in the A/E/C industry. Outside work, she cherishes moments with her family and enjoys being with her grandchildren.
