Teresa Torres is AeroTech’s CFO, Principal, and founder of the company. Teresa started in the photogrammetric profession over 32 years ago and currently handles the finances for the company. An avid golfer, Teresa is also active in several charitable organizations.

Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, Leo Torres is a founding partner and Principal of AeroTech Mapping. Active in the Geospatial industry for over 31 years, Leo is a hands-on leader fully committed to both his clients, employees, and the work done here at ATM. When not in the office, or at home, you’ll most likely find Leo on the golf course, or cycling through the canyons west of Las Vegas.

Mike is in his 40th year of serving the civil engineering, surveying, and topographic mapping industry, having completed thousands of aerial missions in the Southwestern United States and Mexico as a survey pilot, flight operations manager, and photo specialist. Mike also held the Regional Sales and Support Manager position for the Eastman Kodak Aerial Imaging group, handling the Government and private sector
markets in 13 western states. In addition, he served on the Aerial Photography committee for MAPPS. A native of Los Angeles, Mike excelled in Business Development for AeroTech Mapping from 2012 to 2025.

Eric Phan is a multi-talented Photogrammetrist, Surveyor, and ATM’s Las Vegas office General Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the photogrammetric industry, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to the ATM team. Besides having degrees in Engineering and Surveying Eric is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist (CP); licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico; and ATM’s UAV expert.

Steve Taylor brings over 18 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management to AeroTech Mapping, with an extensive background in wireless telecommunications, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations across government, education, healthcare, and the private sector, helping clients identify innovative solutions to meet their operational and business objectives.
Known for his consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships, Steve is passionate about understanding his clients’ unique needs and connecting them with the right solutions. At AeroTech Mapping, he is focused on developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and helping organizations leverage aerial mapping and geospatial technologies to support infrastructure development, project planning, and informed decision-making.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, sailing, e-bikepacking, and building LEGO creations.

Tim Burrows is a multi-talented Geospatial technician with over 17 years of dedication to photogrammetry. Tim not only takes care of business development responsibilities but he is also is involved in proposal preparation, budgeting, project management, and project scheduling for ATM. Tim became a Certified Photogrammetrist (CP) in 2016 and was the third ATM staff member to become certified.

Brandon is a Geospatial Account Manager with over a decade of experience in sales, account management, and client relations, supporting clients across the surveying, engineering, construction, and environmental industries. He’s passionate about connecting people with the right geospatial solutions and is known for his approachable, hands-on style and ability to build lasting relationships. With a strong background in technologies like Mobile Mapping and LiDAR, Brandon has led product launches, trained teams on advanced systems, and guided clients through complex technical challenges. He earned his B.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Forensic/Physical studies from California State University, Chico, and is an active member of the California Land Surveyors Association. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, working on home improvement projects, staying current with new technologies, and being outdoors or watching sports.

As Business Development Manager at AeroTech Mapping, Alicia is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving the growth of the geospatial business development team. With over 23 years of experience in sales and project management, she provides strong leadership, effective communication, and organizational expertise. Alicia holds a real estate license in Arizona, a Bachelor of Science degree, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), embodying a commitment to timely, budget-conscious project delivery and a deep understanding of risks and opportunities in the A/E/C industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Sonia joined the AeroTech Mapping team in 2015 and has 20+ years of management experience within the retail, construction, and legal industries. As a Project Manager for the Las Vegas office, she handles all aspects of projects and coordinates background logistics. Sonia was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is of Peruvian descent, the oldest of 3 siblings, and her only daughter/best friend is completing Nursing school. She enjoys photography, cheers on the Denver Broncos and Vegas Golden Knights fan, and loves music festivals & beer festivals!
